You never need to use video for an eVisit. For some conditions, we may want to see a picture to help us understand what’s going on. If needed, you can use pictures from your mobile device or your computer.
Because we want to help you feel better faster, and your doctor isn’t always available at the moment that you need care, we can’t guarantee that you’ll be treated by your doctor. We know the trust you put in us is important. You’ll always be treated by a licensed provider who is part of your care team. We also always make sure that your eVisit is part of your medical record, and that your doctor sees what care you’re getting.

Once you’ve created an account, it typically takes between five and 10 minutes for patients to finish an eVisit. Just like when you come in to the doctor’s office, we ask different questions based on your unique symptoms and condition, so the actual time it takes to finish will depend on your unique circumstances.
